Dundee Courier – 22 February 1908
A well-known tradesman, Mr. William Wishart, slater, died suddenly at Kinnell yesterday forenoon. He had been in indifferent health for some months, but set out yesterday morning to complete some repairs at Kinnell Farm. He had almost finished the job, and had seemingly been engaged in shaping the last slate when he was seized with his fatal illness. He was found lying with his face to the ground. He had suffered from heart trouble for some years. Deceased was over seventy years of age. He leaves a widow and family.
